The International Rescued to Tell Ministry (MIRC) was founded in 2019 by Pastor Sidney and his wife, Pastor Eli-Ruama. Now with their three children: Malik Emmanuel, Eloáh, and Alice Ayla, they have responded to a specific calling from God. Pastor Sidney, a former street child in Belo Horizonte, was rescued by YWAM (Youth With A Mission).

From a young age, he received a calling from God to influence, teach, and transform his generation through the Gospel. He has fulfilled this calling for approximately 20 years, bringing the word of hope and salvation to 30 nations. Pastor Eli-Ruama, raised in Mozambique, Africa, as the daughter of missionaries, was influenced by her parents' ministry to carry on their legacy.

Raised in Mozambique, Africa, as the daughter of missionaries, she was influenced by her parents' ministry to carry on the ministerial legacy. Alongside Pastor Sidney, she co-founded MIRC in 2019 and today walks with him and their three children — Malik Emmanuel, Eloáh and Alice Ayla — in this calling.
